The Arc takes privacy very seriously. We know this is essential to our members and thrift store shoppers.  Rest assured that the Arc is guided by integrity in all our work. We will honor your privacy and guard the security of information you give us.  We will not sell, rent, loan or trade your private data to a third party.

All lists of donors, consignors, customers, members and similar compilations of names are considered the private and confidential property of The Arc of Benton County. As such, no use other than the explicit stated purpose of the particular list is authorized by the board of The Arc of Benton County. Further, the board has directed its staff to implement sufficient safeguards to ensure the security of all such lists.

The data we collect about our products and services is used to maximize our responsiveness to our members and our customers.  Any personalized data (name, e-mail, physical address) is used to share store news and coupons with you.

The Arc will never ask for your username, passwords, or other personal information in an unsolicited phone call, e-mail or letter. 

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or to comply with judicial proceedings, court order, or legal process served on The Arc of Benton County, Inc., or to protect The Arc and its members from losses.
